Return Policy

We only accept items that are defective and within 14 days of receipt of item. Item must be exchanged with the same exact item. Please be advised that we do not credit for shipping. In case of a refund, a check will be issued.

All returns must be in original condition, and original package (and in original shrink wrap, if applicable).

Please pack the item securely, so that we receive the item in the same condition that was sent to you. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on all returns. We do not accept CODs and postage due.
